Prototype's Games
At this point I have several horny RPGs lying around and convenient to hand, so I suppose I might as well list them all in one place! Please tell me if any of these links ever breaks, and feel free to share them with friends or make your own variants!
- Into the Pit is a sci-fi pulp-adventure game, with a setting, alien races, and versatile, flexible mechanics. It works best with three players and no GM, and has support for a variety of corruption and transformation roleplay. However it works fine with a dedicated GM, and the rules suit any pulp-action premise, with guidance on using them for erotic roleplay.
- Fantasy Astray is a diceless two-player no-GM game with erotic themes and heavy guidance tailored to "but they were both subs!" Out of the box, it suits generic sword-and-sorcery settings and characters, but with a little tweaking it can fit a range of genres.
- Into the Peril is the unholy fusion of the above: dice and randomness, flexible mechanics, but tailored guidance for two players and no (fixed) GM, and especially guidance to help submissive players during their turn to narrate adversity. Now, with an adventure!
- Harem Tales is a very streamlined take on 'Into the Peril', tailored for the specific premise of "both players play as concubines in a harem". Within the 'harem' premise, it can suit most any setting, and supports any tone ranging from "doting dame and pampered pets who occasionally squabble", up to "merciless mistress of cutthroat courtesans, with digressions in and out of the dungeon". Now, with three 'adventure modules':
- Ryona Royale is a lean mean fuck-fighting machine. Specifically, an RPG themed after fighting games and side-scroll brawlers. Intended as a simple game for self-contained sexy two-player duels, but with a little support for more general horny combat adventure, and with a roster of sample characters ready to use as mains or NPCs.

- Assembly Line is a stripped-down, strapped-down game for transformation and corruption as a foregone conclusion. Squirm, struggle, and resist unpredictable and unfair alterations, with flexible and robust rules for progressive effects, and even altering the course--but not halting it~

Standalone game for two players or more, dress up, strut your stuff, and don't let anyone embarrass you--unless that's what you're into~
